Penalties are applied to all your accounts, not just the offender.

Please note staff instructions must be followed at all times. These might differ slightly from the ToS depending on the situation.

 

1. CHAT USAGE

1.1. Disrespectful behaviour. 
1.2. Spamming caps (in Trade Chat).
1.3. Spamming other languages than English in Trade Chat.
1.4. Impersonating staff members.
1.5. Advertising sites or other games.
1.6. Encouraging others to break the rules.
1.7. Defamation: reporting a player without enough evidence of the offense.

 

 2. CHARACTER USAGE

2.1. Statpadding.
2.2. Skillcutting: the use of third party programs or ingame items (i.e. runes), to get an advantage while in combat.
2.3. Kill stealing (KS): repeatedly trying to steal the drops from someone that is farming in the area. If the mobs are pulled by someone else, you are not allowed to attack them. Spots as such can't be claimed, only pulls.
2.4. Offensive name: and refusing to rename when asked by staff.
2.5. Multilogging abuse. Dualboxing is forbidden to increase the chances of looting, to get more DP during promotions, to statpadd, or any other means that can be considered as unfair advantages.
2.6. Summon Rune misuse. It is not allowed to use these runes to purposely interfere with the proper functioning of the raid (for example, summoning parties out of PvP).   
2.7. Scamming. Quickly removing your items from a trade and accepting afterwards, or any othwer way to scam players.
2.8. Item/account stealing. Getting into other player's account and stealing his/her items, gold or account. Asking for account or personal details (such as password) is bannable aswell.
2.9. Real life trading: selling or buying ingame items, gold or accounts for real money, for any other virtual currency, or for any other goods/accounts in other games will get both buyer and seller banned. 
 

3. RAIDS AND DROPS

In Shaiya Kingston, there are two kinds of raids: PvP Raids and Boss Raids.

1) PvP Raid must be always open. Any raid that is PvPing.

2) Boss Raid (always open, always Group Loot).When a boss is over 50% dead the leader is allowed to close the raid for this boss. Basically any raid near boss spawn, or near a boss:

• During regular bosses, a PvP Raid becomes a Boss Raid when at least 4 of their members are in a boss area, regardless of the boss being up or not, and regardless of their members hitting the boss or not.
• During events, a PvP Raid becomes a Boss Raid when at least 4 of their members are hitting a boss.

 

3.1. Solo looting: it is not allowed to DPS a boss while not being in a raid or party, neither while being in a closed raid or an open one with Random or Leader loot. It is not allowed to attain boss drops for one single person by any other means.
3.3. Drop fixing: it is not allowed to kick players, remake the raid, or any other action that fixes the drops for certain members of the raid, neither during a boss nor right before starting it.
3.3. Boss resetting: it is not allowed to reset bosses when competeing against a raid from the same faction.

 

 4. EXPLOITS AND CLIENT MODIFICATIONS

4.1  Modifying game client in any way.
4.2. Use of third party programs. This is includes but its not limited to: bots, speedhacks, wall climbers. Even if you didn't use these but you are still taking advantage of them (for example, if you were once summoned up to Renovatio pillar and kept a movement point there) you can get banned.
4.3. Illegal links. Linking, enchanting or recreating any piece of equipment that its not intended to allow such improvements.
4.4. Illegal map access. This includes but its not limited to: entering CT, OI, Proelium or Cantabilian with higher level characters than the maps are designed for.
4.5. Vote system abuse. Only 1 vote per player in each site is allowed every 12 hours. Bypassing this limitation (or trying) will get you banned. It is very easy to monitorize in database. Don't do it.
4.6. GRB abuse: it is not allowed to run more than one GRB instance per Guild and week, nor exploiting the GRB system in any other way.
4.7. Any other kind of exploit.

 5. Forum

There are certain rules that need to be followed on the forums aswell. We do not tolerate pornography, hacking, exploits. We do not want to see this on our forums.

These rules must be followed by all players. No exceptions are made.

• We do not have any limits on the amount of posts a player makes. Spamming is greatly prohibited.
• Staffs may remove lock or edit certain posts incase it is needed.
• Nicknames on forums must not have any pornography in it. This goes for the signature aswell. Advertising other servers will result in a forum ban.
