I've already posted this in a thread i made on the forum, but since the admins made a contest here. I will have to post it here aswell.
Sorry if the answers aren't in the order you posted Smooke. but this is the order i have my applications, got it on a text document on my laptop.

My name is Randy, i am 21 years old. And live in The Netherlands.

Normaly, i can play for atleast 8 hours a day, depends on work tho.
on weekends i can play for atleast 10 hours.

As for my Experience with Staff, I've been GS on like 5 servers.
Been GMA on 3 servers, GM on 2 servers and even ADM on 1 server.

as GS, i can make sure, that people behave themselves, follow the rules, work together with other staff to make some small events for more entertainment and to attract people.

I've got experience with Shaiya in general after 9 years of playing it.
I can do some decent photoshop gear editting ect.
experience with panel.
If theres anything else you mean with "Strengths", lemme know so i can answer it more accurately

Stress and Pressure dont really affect me, I've been all kinds of staff so far. so i know the struggle it can give sometimes.
and in the rare cases i am a lil stressed. My music instantly calms me down + i do kung fu.

Drama, Complications ect regarding players always have to be taken care of with cautions, since we need them to keep the server up. But for every problem is a different method to handle it.

ATM i know all i need to know, if something comes to me mind. i will ask someone.

12)How do you handle stress and pressure?: I'm pretty good against stress and pressure, I just stay calm and handle things in my own way, there are Always people that cry for everything anyways but I try my best to solve it as good as possible ofcourse xd

11)Why would we pick you as a GS?: because i think to know all things of shaiya world and i did the gs 2 times..so if u know how to play and u have responsability u can do the gs..and the tag doesnt mean that u have the power but u have to help who need it..
12)How do you handle stress and pressure?: like i said. If u know how to play all is more easy..i think to know how to play so i can hold the stress..because i like to play and when i play the stress go away

9)Experiance[game]: I have played Shaiya for 9 years since OB when Lailah and Teos were the only servers. I've also played on many private servers.
10)Any experience in being a GS?: Yes i've had quite a few years experience of been a GS having been a GS (most notably) on Divine, Exile and OS (Yes i was an OS GS Teos Server)
11)Why would we pick you as a GS?: I love helping people. Doesn't matter what it is I will help out. If i'm pvp'n and someone needs help? Drop PvP to help them. Boss raiding? Same thing...i'll drop anything to help out a player in need. Im also a fair guy...I am not biased towards anyone (if there my friends, guildies doesn't matter). I also have experience of been a GS (about 5-6 years) and also of been a GMA and a GM.
12)How do you handle stress and pressure?: Stress and pressure are not a factor to me I can handle them very well as I have to handle them daily at work. If an argument kicks off I can usually calm it down and resolve it without too much an issue.

• And.. whats that? I was never nervous. But when it comes to players, I always try to resolve a problem with the funniest way.

11)Why would we pick you as a GS?: I'm easy to get along with and always have ideas. I enjoy the general community of Shaiya and I have a bunch of friends playing here that play both sides so it's easy for me to contact anyone. I loved doing events and settling player disputes is easy for me. When in doubt always stand by the ToS or ask for a GM or Admins assistance if there is one available.
