so ive noticed during pvp warrs and fighters stack together and alternate blackholes meaning that from the time they do the first attack until the time that person is dead that person can do nothing cant pot or move .... 4-5 people stack at a time making pvp about nothing but 1 overpowered skill .... entire server pvp consists of blackhole spam unless this is being done nobody is really dying and every other class at a HUGE disadvantage ... it would be nice to be able to play something other than warr and make it through a push without dying every time a fighter attacks because we are unable to pot.
a tip for blackhole, the moment a fighter charges at you. make sure you got a counter.
as for pagans: earth shock/ health asistance
oracles: sanctuary/ etain shield
hunters: soul menace
assassin: fatal hit/ mental storm lure/ mental storm confusion/ future sight
Guardian: protection charge/ melee reflecter/ darkness blow
Warriors: your own blackhole/ stun ( forgot name )/ charge the target or a other person to get away
those are counters for these kind of situations. other then that, try to get some more rec/def to get less dmg.
Thing is you can't counter Blackhhole that easy...
only if you jumpcut like a pro and are able to hit while in blackhole like i can. so np.
Suggestion : Learn Jumpcut
nop, fighter/warrior always use a combo with blackhole, 90% of the time it starts with charge. so you will know when to counter
i mean..good fighters dont always start with charge/stinger ..lol i mean yall talking about the regular fighters and warriors (rofl) im talking about the better ones. i guarantee you probably wont know when i blackhole lol

Both have super long cooldown and are much more useful to protect party and yourself once u get ganged than getting blackhole. Smart people use Magic protector cuz blackhole is magic skill and magic protector blocks it.. is 3 mins cooldown and last 1min or 5 attacks.
Also Melee reflector?! Really ?! People use Melee reflector when they are ganged by alot fo other melees.. not to avoid blackhole. Pretty much most guards/defs cant die unless low hp from being blackholed so is waste to MR for blackhole.

And i know a guardian wont die as fast from 1 blackhole combo. But most of the time you dont get hit by 1 fighter/ warrior.
even by sweepers they are mostly with a few people.

Here we were just discussing about being able to pot during blackhole. which isnt needed. since there are quite some ways to counter blackholes, if anything i think mentalstorm lure and confusion are more dangerous bec they last 7 secs (if succesfuly).
No skill is more dangerous than blackhole. That due to how spammable it is.
Blackhole was ment since its creation to not let u pot and has always been this way. Just cuz u cant learn to avoid some of them, dont mean we should change the game mechanics.
And all those ways u say to counter blackhole, are fails. Too much of a bother explaining u why, but basicaly only way to deal with it is - Learn to jump it off and get a good priest.
