I suggest to check and fix stats on light/dark weaps and gears, coz for example dark staff gives 70 wis and lights one gives 50.. can we fix all this in one maint or we need a maint each weap? thanks?

Which a brand new server it is difficult and we should expect a lot of fixes. 20 WIS will not make or break it lol I think the admins are doing a fine job even if it takes multiple maints to fix everything.
